Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your order ID.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Refunds or returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue where applicable.
3. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
